Key Finding
- Countries in African continents like Kenya and Ethiopia are still struggling in overcoming the malaria issue of keeping it in control. The government is trying its best to handle the situation by getting more funding and making new strategies to make people aware of its importance. Global efforts are being made by organizations such as WHO to control malaria in these countries and to eliminate malaria in the future.
- Many countries in Asia, like Thailand, are on the verge of eliminating malaria, and they state that they will be malaria-free by the year 2025. The only areas that are still prone to malaria are the border areas of Thailand, which they are sharing with countries like Laos, where the main focus is.
